1. Cancellations by Emilsa Tours

At Emilsa Tours, customer satisfaction and safety are our top priorities. If we must cancel a tour, the following policies apply:

  • Weather-Related Cancellations: If adverse weather conditions lead to tour cancellation, affected customers will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
  • Force Majeure Events: If a tour is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances—including natural disasters, political instability, or other uncontrollable events—customers may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.

2. Cancellations by the Customer

Customers who wish to cancel their booking are entitled to the following refunds based on the time of cancellation:

  • 30 Days or More Before the Scheduled Tour: Full refund.
  • 15-29 Days Before the Scheduled Tour: Full refund.
  • Less Than 15 Days Before the Scheduled Tour: Full refund.
  • 24 Hours Before the Scheduled Tour: Full refund.
  • Less Than 24 Hours Before the Scheduled Tour: 50% refund.

3. Refund Processing

  • Refund requests will be processed within 7-10 business days from the cancellation date.
  • All refunds will be issued via the original payment method used during booking.
  • Customers will receive an email confirmation once their refund has been processed.

4. Exceptions to the Refund Policy

Certain tours and excursions may have specific refund policies due to agreements with third-party suppliers or operational considerations. Any exceptions will be clearly outlined in the tour description or booking confirmation at the time of purchase.

5. Exchange Policy

  • Customers may request to exchange their booking for an equivalent tour or experience instead of canceling.
  • Requests for exchanges must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour date, and availability is subject to Emilsa Tours’ discretion.
  • If the newly selected tour has a higher price, customers must pay the price difference.

Emilsa Tours reserves the right to update this refund policy at any time. Any modifications will take effect immediately upon publication on our website.
